Apart from the seller, any users who are buying/ renting property/properties should verify their details (title, ownership, e.t.c) on their own.

Our payment services shall be totally on advance basis.

The client should make their payment before we advertise their property on our platform.

Payment charges will be according to the terms of the selected packages. The owner can (a) Pay directly to the person who is in the field visit for property details, (b) Pay through Bank or (c) Pay through Esewa.

Once the payment is accepted, it cannot be refunded. If the users need to cancel a transaction that is in the pending list, then he/she has to contact Eproperty Nepal.

All users shall understand and agree on the price set by Eproperty Nepal at its sole discretion and without prejudice to other rights and remedies.
