You can either use the existing furniture along with the partitions at an additional price or you can simply rent out the space without any further cost. The lease must be of 5 years but can be renewed thereafter. You must deposit 3 month’s rent in advance.

The special features of this space includes 24 hours of security, 24 hours of uninterrupted electricity and 24 hours of water supply.
