Description

It is a west facing land situtated at a peaceful location of Kirtipur. It is at a distance of 100 meters from Sitaram Milk Factory.

Currently, the road access is 10 feet  but it will be expanded to 22 feet. This land is touched by main ring road but will not be affected by maapdanda when it will be expanded.
