A family restaurant located at Narephat, Jadibuti was sold within 3 days of listing through eProperty Nepal.

According to the former owner, they received 3.8 lakhs revenue in monthly sales, paid 35 thousand for rent on a monthly basis and generated a profit of around 80 thousand per month.
